Retractable leash caused a couple indentation marks on the side of the board when I fell in water. I am curious if it can be restored by doing xyz to restore it. Ty :)
Nice high tide this afternoon for foiling. I pack my Waydoo for my 5th session, feeling confident enough to turn the flight assist off, so that I can practice flying and turning.
Miserably failed, feeling like it was my first time again. Couldn't event figure out where to place my foot. Cherry on top was falling taco (thankfully avoided injury) and losing my brand new insta360 camera in the water :(
I do not want to be dependent on the flight assist forever so I must try again...hopefully it will get easier.
I learned it hard way that the impact vest would reduce the beating I take falling off the board as a newbie as well as reduce the bruises I collect on my sides!
I wouldn't ride without a vest now. Much better to feel protected after each session vs feeling beat up with bruises to show!
