We lost our daughter and niece almost 10 years ago
They were taken away in a car accident caused by 2 idiot, road raging drivers who unknowingly crossed the divider line and ran into my parents car, instantly killing both girls. My daughter, Tyler, was 3 and our niece was 9. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about them.
As a result of losing our only child my
ex-wife and I had an amicable divorce. We are still close and are still in touch with each other. I have since found a new partner and we were recently blessed with a new baby girl! I didn’t think I could ever go through with having another child but my life plans had changed.
I’d like to know how Tyler feels about me starting a new family. Does she understand why her mommy and I are no longer together? Has she tried to communicate with me? Does she know how much we all miss her and her cousin?
