Tattooed hotties!

Looking to get my shoulders done, American traditional peonies or roses or blackberry brambles. Finding an American traditional artist is not the challenge, but a reputable, dope lady artist is the niche I’m looking for.

If you have any recommendations for female tattoo artists that do American traditional or botanical work please share!

Where are the hotties getting their cars serviced?

Maybe this isn’t the place but seattle girls with Mazdas! Where are we taking our cars for oil changes & servicing?

I have been going the dealership route but would rather support a smaller, reliable shop & not constantly be getting upsold & taken advantage of.

Just looking for somewhere reputable where being a woman isn’t a nightmare situation for getting things fixed. Preferably somewhere that does Asian motors but not a deal breaker.

Bonus if there’s any queer, immigrant or lady owned shops we love ✨

Switched to TIDAL seems like an absolute scam

Signed up, paid the $24 that is advertised as a “premium membership”

Transferred music from Spotify & all of music is only 30 second clips??? I have to pay an additional $13 a month for full songs?

Absolute scam. My Spotify is $13 a month flat, no initiation fee, no transfer fee nothing.

On top of that, this account was live for less than 10 minutes when I reached out for cancellation & refund. Denied.

“Support” is only an AI chat bot.
I was going to leave Spotify because I was told Tidal is real humans, not AI.

Incredibly frustrating.

Zenoti/HIPPAA compliance

Newer therapist here! I’m confused about what constitutes a HIPPAA violation in regards to scheduling apps that are public where multiple practitioners can see each others books & client history/who those clients have seen.

I’m asking Reddit bc I’m getting some mixed messages in my work place & I don’t have much to compare it to as an adherence baseline. I am the newest therapist in a space where others have multiple years of experience so there’s a perceived competency bias I have towards my senior staff.

Basically there was a safety incident with a client & previously a different practitioner mentioned having them on their books. After this incident I CYA with management but reached out to this fellow practitioner (who I can see the record of working with this client) to ask if they’d stopped seeing this client or if the client just decided to only book with me.

Obv huge learning moment for me here. I should have just stuck with my boundary & communication. The line had already previously been blurred since P had mentioned working with CL. I got hit with not being able to divulge anything & this is a HIPPAA violation.

On multiple occasions at this workplace there is casual mention of other therapists seeing a guest (nothing revealing just like …. Oh I’ve seen them before, such a nice guy! Etc)

Where is the line? Especially in an app where I can literally see every single client a fellow has worked with & every single practitioner a client has worked with as well as their SOAP.

Really confused & wanting to learn // panicking at how bad did I fuck up

Recently moved this philodendron from
Her corner shelf she’s been on for years to this hanging pot. She was right above the stove but seemed happy crawling over the window ledge & cupboard. I moved her so she’d get better light/not be hit with cooking evaporation.

She’s always put out a lot of growth & still is but it’s coming in pink? And overall does not seem as happy kinda wilted & yellowing. She looks like so stringy & leggy unlike before but it could also be the perception of sitting differently than before since all of the vines were pulled forward before idk. Same watering habits, plenty of drainage

Pics for reference on location/growth

Should I just move her back?? Give her a trim? SOS
