Scan n Cut CM 350

I have the CM350 brand new in box never opened. Bought it new over 10
years ago. I want to cut fabric squares so I thought I would use this machine but reading online I’m finding out that mats, blades and other accessories are no longer made for this machine. Is this correct?

We buy ALDI milk not only because it’s really cheap but also because it never spoils before we use it. We always purchase half gallons of Friendly Farms whole milk. A little over three weeks ago I purchased two 1/2 gallons of this milk. We drank all of one and half of the other and decided to do a test of the milk by leaving what was left of the other half gallon in our refrigerator for two weeks past the expiration date. I took it out this morning and the milk appears to be as fresh as it was the day we opened it, which was over three weeks ago. There are no odd smells, taste, and there is no line inside the jug which you would typically see settle in onto the sides if you leave whole milk sit in the refrigerator without messing with it. I am legitimately asking if I should be concerned? No other milk from any other store ever lasts more than one or two days past the expiration date before we toss it.
