one of friends said that 1yr pg is only valid if done from du itself. given already v few colleges are offering 1 yr pg after 4yr grad. is this true?

Guys I am not from Delhi but I selected Delhi NCL while filling the form I do have the category certificate from central govt but it still isn’t valid what do I do? Like i can’t get delhi nct category certificate so even if I fill the undertaking what am I supposed to take during document verification? I am very confused
