Arriving in US 2 days before Visa and i-94 expiry
I am arriving in the US on July 4th. My H1B visa and i-94 expires on July 6th. Would that be a problem? My employer should have received an approved i-797 with an extended date by that time, and I can request a copy of it while I am in India. Etihad airline, so immigration at Abu Dhabi.
