Holding pee

Third child, second boy, 3 years old. We have run out of diapers before pay day a few times now. Each time, he is distraught and refuses to pee or go anywhere near the potty. Which results in holding it for hours, even over night, until he literally cant and pees all over himself which results in a massive meltdown. Right now I know he has to go, he held it all night and is doing the pee pee dance and is very irritable. He absolutely will not go near the potty. My first basically potty trained herself at 2 and my second is disabled and took until he was about 5 to become fully potty trained. So I am just at a loss here lol. I dont want him to get a UTI, clearly his body is ready but emotionally hes a mess about it and I dont know if its ok to keep encouraging the potty or if this is a wait it out thing 🫠

Frustrations with the dr

I am venting big time but this is also about weight!!

I am miserable. I am so tired all of the time. I am the biggest I've ever been (about 280 pounds) and I'm starting to really feel the weight affecting me. I pushed to get help and found out I have PCOS. Besides my weight, I'm nearly 30 with facial hair and acne like a teenage boy. Enter Spironolactone. I dont mind it, but I definitely do not drink near enough water for it. She said half my weight in ounces of water. That's 140 ounces a day. Thats over a gallon. How the hell?

My thyroid is out of whack too, I've known I'm hypo for years. Also on Prozac for depression and that works well for me.

When I went back for weight issues, I was given phentermine and sent on my way because its all medicaid would approve. Well it didnt mesh well with my mental health issues, despite losing 20 pounds in like 2 months. I was sobbing my eyes out every day which took away from the weight loss and energy I finally felt. I was in despair over every tiny thing, I felt like a toddler. Call them to tell them and they say "yeah we probably shouldn't have put you on that with your mental health history." Great, thanks.

I fell off the horse for awhile after that and went from the 250-ish to 280-ish range these last 6 months.

I went back again this week. Determined to make a change. Now I'm on wellbutrin to help with cravings. My insurance wont cover glp1 unless I'm diabetic. I just feel like I'm going to hit a wall again. I'm determained to eat better and exercise and see where that gets me. She also gave me a referral for bariatric surgery. I dont want that!! At this point I dont know what I want from them. I just want to feel better. I want energy. I want my life back. I feel like I've spent so long in the dark.

The kicker??? My husband went in to talk about his weight, told them he eats like shit and doesnt exercise. She gave him a sample pack of ozempic.
