This is just a psa for newer leaders. After doing a new leader training tonight, I got on another social media site and immediately pops up a group discussion about following VTK plans for badges. Then I get on here and see a post complaining about the petals and it taking 10 meetings to do them. So, fellow leaders, you can stack lower level badges. You can do the same activities that cover badges at two different levels. You can make your own plans. Or there are a ton of plans online. You do not have to follow the plans on VTK or anything else provided by GS. Those things are there if you want to use them, but you don't have to. Do what works best for your troop!
