So maybe wrong sub.but im making my trim outta 1x i got and some of my door frames stick out a bit more than the walls.i don't wanna use quarter round to hide the gap.i was hoping to remove some stock from the board the size of the door frame so the board laid flat.any suggestions beside a chisel or hand plane .im looking for ideas for a power tool hopefully. Any ideas are welcomed and appreciated

So for years anytime i hear Ben Afflecks name i say Ben Whofleck.i remember mango saying this to either Affleck or Damon maybe during a sketch but cant for the life of me find this sketch.does it not exists and i made this up in my head or maybe mis remember it.someone please tell me im only half crazy This took place during the early to mid 00s if i remember correctly
