My Proco Rat has started acting up. Very crackly when touching the pedal and cutting out. I know absolutely NOTHING about the inner workings of my pedals but I opened it up to have a gander. I noticed a wire wasn't connected. Is this the reason for my issues? Is this an easy fix for a moron like me?

Please help!
