Best thrift stores for furniture in Lakeland/Auburndale areas?

Hello! We’re planning on moving to Lakeland on m a few weeks to get out of our cramped city apartment (yay!) but since the move will take up most of our budget we’ll be having to thrift a lot of furnishings, does anyone have any good thrift stores recommendations (or neighborhoods that have great estate sales)? I’ll be mostly looking for stuff like dressers, bookshelves, a work-from-home desk, and other hard/wooden items (we’ve had a bad experience with bedbugs in the past so we’re not planning on buying anything upholstered secondhand). I would normally love to go exploring myself and find the best spots over time but unfortunately my toddler hates car rides so any advice is welcome!

Looking for specific play kitchen

Hello! I hope this type of post isn’t allowed, if bot my apologies mods. I’m trying to find this play kitchen for my daughter, I had seen one on Marketplace a few months ago but I found didn’t jump on it and it sold. I tried looking up the set to see if I can find it online but unfortunately it’s been discontinued and not for sale anywhere except a few sketchy sites I wouldn’t trust to actually send me a product. I know it’s a very long shot but does anyone have one they’d be willing to sell? I’ve been scouring Marketplace and haven’t found another listing since. We’re about to move and our toddler is finally getting her own room, she absolutely adores all flowers and trees so this would be perfect for her! We live about 10 minutes from downtown but honestly at this point I’m willing to drive most anywhere in Central FL to pick up. Thanks in advance!

Looking for renter’s solution to fake marble countertop

Hi! We’re looking at houses and we’ve found one that we love except for the kitchen counters. (Heads up the image I posted is a stock photo illustrating my issue, since I forgot to take a picture of the actual kitchen). The counters/cabinets are white compressed wood that’s been there for ages (they’re slightly yellowed from age, although I don’t mind that since they work perfectly and are very spacious). However, the property management company covered the counter in this horrid faux marble “tape” (it goes on like contact paper but it’s even thinner, it literally looks like tape with faux marble printed on it, and it’s not even fully opaque when you look up close). It’s already peeling behind the sink because of the moisture, and I imagine that it’ll get damaged the minute I try to scrub my counters since it wasn’t even applied well. It’s also cool toned so it clashes horribly with the warm-toned cabinets. Underneath is the same white compressed wood as the cabinets. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this? Should I peel off the tape and replace it with a matching one when we leave? I feel like I’ve heard of renters putting a fake second countertop on top of the first one, sealing it, and then removing it before moving out but that sounds expensive and I’m not sure how well that would actually work. Any ideas are appreciated!

Can anyone make this picture a little clearer?

I’d love to make a print of this picture as a a Father’s Day gift but it’s a little blurry (I think my phone had a fingerprint on the lens 😅), if anyone could clear it up a little and put my daughter in focus a little more I’d greatly appreciate it! Willing to tip $10.
