Just set up our first inflatable hot tub, can someone explain process for using heater?

Also any newbie tips and tricks would be appreciated! Just set up our Saluspa Hawaii and I was curious how running the heater is supposed to go. Do you just run it continuously? Or start it a few hours before you want to go in? Right now the water temp is 60 but tomorrow is forecasted to be in the 90’s. I’m curious if we should run the heater overnight and through tomorrow to get it up to temp by tomorrow night. And then once we are done with it tomorrow night and we cover it do we just let the filter run until we are ready to use it again? Sorry if this is a dumb question I’m just not understanding how much the heater should be on. Thanks!

Not seeing results like I did on semaglutide, should I stick it out?

Hi all, I just finished month 2 of compounded tirzepatide but I’m really not seeing results yet. I was on compounded semaglutide for about 2 years and lost 50 lbs. Eventually, the pharmacy I was using stopped compounding and I hit a plateau around the same time so decided to try tirzepatide instead. I’m a little disappointed in the results, however; I feel like I’m not seeing the results I saw when starting semaglutide. I was just curious if maybe this medicine takes longer to kick in or what other people’s experience was. I still have about 20 lbs I want to lose, and I was hoping this medicine would be effective for that. I’m wondering if I should stick with it or switch back to Semaglutide. Thanks for any advice!
