Deactivated Shaw email?
Yesterday, my shaw email was deactivated even though I log in multiple times a week.
"This account is not in an active state. Please log into MyRogers (Shaw) to update it."
When I go to the MyRogers (Shaw) I have the option to register, of course, so I go there. But now it's asking me to use another email that's now Shaw? But that's the email that I use for everything still.
Is there a way to reactivate my account and still use my original email? Feels like I'll mess things up by doing their new MyRogers setup. Any advice/experience?
