Apologies for the out of focus video but my car dashcam should have a clearer view of his plate - SMS9524S from a screenshot.
Impatient driver turns right in a left turn lane from Bayfront Ave onto Park St before proceeding to Marine One carpark. Definitely not his first time as he sped off pretty quickly.
