
Poor Technician Resolving
PLDT has to be one if not the POOREST customer services out there.
I have been experiencing an on and off outage regarding my router and i have reported this issue as early as may 24 yet even they received the formal report it was acknowledged they said. When i noticed that the issue is still happening i went to their main office located in SM SOUTHMALL in which i reported to them personally that the same issue is still reoccurring. The staff then informed us that our ticket was considered "fixed/completed" without the technicians actually resolving the issue. She said that the ticket was not actually acknowledged but disregarded by their own teams which isn't a surprise, until now i am still experiencing the same issue and i have submitted a formal report to ntc seeking help to resolve PLDT's inconsistent assistance..
