Vine CS explanation about removing unreviewable items and giving credits
I had an issue with a Vine order spoke to Vine CS and instead of just getting the usual it will be removed and you will get a credit I got a bit more of an explanation so I am posting it here some may already have seen this but as I say it's the first time I got something like this.
Below any of the problem with VINE order/account if customer face, we simply remove that order form the review list and grant review Credit so it wont impact on your vine account review %.
Problems/ issue likes.
1: Order Show Awaiting review even you submit review.
2: Delivery Not received, or Item show as deliver but customer did not received.
3: Product received damage.
4: System give error same variant/ category/seller/or product type has already reviewed and it wont let you to submit review for next product.
And many more the only resolution we remove the review requirement for that product.
In such cases amazon manually cancel review requirement for that product and grant credit to maintain the overall review % which helps customer to maintain Vine account. Rest assured this wont impact your overall account or review %.
