Been investing since 2022, and XIRR looks somewhat questionable!

Until then, please help this financially confused person out.
I started investing in 2022 with around ₹2K a month, and over time I’ve increased it to ₹32K a month. I’ve also added a few lump sums in between.
But my XIRR is currently in the BLEEDING again, and now I’m sitting here wondering… is my portfolio that bad? 😭
I have basically made zero money after almost 5 years of investing? Is that normal, or am I misunderstanding how I should be looking at the returns?
Also, extremely dumb question: when people see their portfolio in green, do they usually withdraw some of the profit? Or do you just keep investing and leave it alone for years?
