I am a **28M corporate professional** looking for an independent **1BHK or a private room in a pre-occupied/shared flat**. I am looking to move in from **1st August**.
My office is in **Sector 144**. Since I commute by car, distance isn't a major constraint—I'm highly flexible and open to any good house along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway or nearby sectors, provided the connectivity is solid.
**What I am looking for:**

**Type:** 1BHK or a single room in an already occupied flat.

**Furnishing:** Open to both unfurnished and furnished. If furnished, the furniture should be in good, clean condition (not heavily worn out).
**Timeline:** Ready to occupy from **1st August**.

**My Absolute Must-Haves:**
**No water or electricity issues** (24/7 power backup is a must).
**Dedicated car parking** space inside the society premises.
**No owner interference** (looking for a hassle-free, independent setup).
