Is superstructure really bigger that few States?

In order note you can see that superstructure Divided into floors, next to which some US states. But looking at this image it looks much smaller, or there just upper layers?

Hello everyone! I got some problems. So I played white knuckle using torrent version, and it's got old plus I want to buy the steam version because it's new and Licensed. But I do not want to lose my game save cus it's have all unlocked, does it possible to transfer my game save to another version?
