Rough estimate this please
Looking to hire a contractor to build an add on screened in porch. Dimensions are about 11’x16’ and I’m looking just for the decking and shell structure tied into house and using same metal corrugated roofing. How much total?

Would it be cheaper to go poured pad vs build a deck structure? And still have some sort of lower section built in for snow purposes like a solid skirting
