So ive ordered from lilygo over 2 months now and i havent recieved any more information about my order other than the transacrtion saying its completed, ive e-mailed them and even check the lilygo order tracking site and other sites but it said there is no information on my order, i didnt get scammed nor did i enter the wrong shipment information, but im getting worried because my order took it 1 month to arrive while this order has been goinng on for 2 months and no updates

Ive been having this issue for years now, every time i unplug the power it just doesnt open for some reason, and after its been like this for a long time it takes me to slme white error page which tell me to continue,bios steup, or diganose, i tried all of them but all took me back to the same problem and never got fixed.
