I Was scammed by fake steam support to join family
Hi Steam Support. Yesterday, my account was compromised by someone because I used my steam account to log on to a fake faceit client. I have contacted you guys to support me getting my account protected:

You guys said I have to join the family to protect my account and I approve that.
However, Im still a bit concerned and try looking at online forum and saw alot of people get scammed to join family by fake steam support. I believe that steam support that I contacted yesterday was legit but just want to be more secure. I have sent you the Ticket for my request. the reason for my concern is that the chat history through steam support for my ticket disappeared and it said the help request was closed on May 19 2:25 am, which is the exact time I send the request. Very weird?
Please help me verify this problem
