I was just playing normally then suddenly the game freeze so I decided to start the app again just to loss my progress. The moment I made this account i quickly connected it to cloud so I tried to restore save data but still it doesn't work.

I tried everything I use recommended display settings, sft + ctrl + windows + B , uninstall then reinstall graphics driver, forced shut down , changed my refresh rate , deleted all my windows update . Nothing is working please tell me how can I fix this.

It's an Hp laptop 15s
