Basically the title. I'm GM on 4/6 tracking tasks, and the ones I'm not it's only 50-100 poins away. Rn I play ALL the trackingtasks in viscose(hard),using Mattys threshold method which ends up being about 2-5 runs of each scenario. I then play the bechmark scenarios, same method except the one I'm trying to rank up on which I might play up to 10 times. This routine takes A LOT of time, and while I don't mind the time spent I am starting to question the effectivness of said routine. What I notice is my consistency is quite good and most runs I'm not too far from my PB -but new PB's feel pretty rare and "random". So yeah, any advice?
