Building out a music lessons school and need soundproofing starting at build up. Is there such a thing as a soundproofing architect?

Hello! I am looking at starting a local music school offering lessons for several different instruments. The location is completely stripped down, so I would need to build it out. I'm currently looking at contacting an architect to create plans for a 1500-2000 sq ft location from the ground up.

Is there such a thing as an architect who specializes in these types of build out plans? Or are most architects already familiar with soundproofing construction?

TIA for your responses!

Do I have a case? A cosmetic product I purchased caused a partial retina detachment in my eye. [Tampa, FL]

In March of this year I purchased a cosmetic product that promised to reduce bags under your eyes. I purchased this product and started using it for a few weeks. This product combines red light therapy along with electric pulse therapy to reduce the bags under your eyes.
When I first started using the product I was surprised at how strong the electric pulsing was. The product fits like a pair of glasses over your face and rests on the bridge of your nose. The red light and electric pulsing is positioned in a triangular shape under your eyes. There is also an adjustable eyewear strap that helps keep the product in place during usage.

I used the product 2-3 times a week for approx 3 weeks. After the 3rd week I started to see floaters in my right eye and immediately stopped using it.

I was hoping that the floaters were due to dirty contact lenses, but they weren't. I went to see my optometrist who checked out my eye and stated that it should go away or my mind will eventually block out the floater. But if it gets worse to contact the office to be seen immediately.

Well it got worse over the course of about 5 days. I contacted the optometrist and she saw me immediately. She diagnosed me with a partial retinal detachment and sent me to see a retinal specialist.

I saw the retinal specialist that day and went into eye surgery to reattach my retina the next day.

Recovery was tough. I had to lay face down for 5 days only getting up after 50 mins down for 10 mins then back down. Part of the recovery is the dissolving of a gas bubble placed in the eye to hold the retina in place. It took 2 months for the gas bubble to dissipate. During those 2 months I was not allowed to lift anything, drive, or anything that required physical dexterity.

I am now fully recovered, but the surgery has significantly made my eyesight in my right eye worse. As well as guaranteeing that I will develop cataracts in my eye in the very near future. I am in my early 50's and did not anticipate having to deal with cataract so early in life.

I 100% believe that the electric pulsing that this product provides resulted in my retinal detachment in my right eye.

I have reached out to my local legal firms in my area, but no one seems to want to take on my case, but without any explanation as to why.

I have attached 4 videos of how this product works, and you can see the electric pulse therapy squeezing and pulling on the user's eyes. IMO it's obvious that this is what caused damage to my eye, and sent me into this downward spiral of recovery.

So tell me... Do I have a case? And if not, please explain why.

TIA for your responses.

(this one is a complaint from a consumer stating that it strains the eye too much)

I always forget about the Carlos Santana "featuring Dave Matthews and Carter Beauford" song, "Love Of My Life", but whenever I hear it I remember it's one of my favorite Dave collab songs! (I also personally think it's one of Dave's most romantic songs!)
