Rent increase question
I had an N1 left in my mailbox for a rent increase to go in effect on August 15. I received this notice on Monday, June 29. August 15 would be 1 year since I moved in. Would the increase go into effect on August 15, or 90 days after June 29? Thank you for any help clarifying this question for me.
UPDATE I sent an email and he acknowledged the mistake. He will email me an updated N1 and the increase will not go into effect until October 15. Thank you for all of the information provided.
