Why is it literally impossible to send photos in Depop chat? It’s so annoying.
Had a situation today where a buyer bought an item, but I realized it was out of stock. I wanted to send her a photo of the same item in a different color, but nope！I can't send pictures in the chat. I ended up making a new listing and sending her the link, but I'm worried it looks shady/like a scam link.
Why hasn't Depop updated this yet? It makes customer service so much harder than it needs to be. What do you guys do when you need to show a buyer a picture?
