Men staring down women

Yes I already know people can look where they like in public. But when women are just trying to get a bit of exercise, maybe don’t stare them down in an intimidating way? There’s this guy on the belt line who turns his heads and stares me down unblinking any time I pass him in the most intense manner. I had enough this morning so I said what are you staring at? Stop staring at me. And he proceeded to tell me not to use the trail. And came AT me like he was going to attack me until I pulled out my phone and said I would call my husband. Like I know people look at other people. I’m out all the time l, you don’t stare someone down like you are going to murder they then tell them not to use the trail when they call you out for staring. Like I pass hundreds of people over the course of the week, rarely do I get true stares and rarely does anyone make me feel intimidated. F this guy who thinks I shouldnt be on the trail. F this guy trying to intimidate me at 6 am.
JUST DONT STARE LIKE THAT AT OTHER PEOPLE IS THAT SO FN HARD. Tomorrow I am bringing dog spray because I will be damned if I’m going to let someone scare me away from getting out and about exercising ´.

Don’t use Shop Brands App

So Shop had a deal of 2 tubs of protein for 45$. I ordered 2 orders so 90$ for 4 tubs. I ordered the 2 tubs in the past and received the 2 so I wanted to get the 4 tubs this time to stock up. Well I got only 2 tubs shipped to me. That’s ok accidents happen. So I emailed them at contact@shopbrands.ca and it’s been a full week and they have not replied. Nothing. Not a message saying they received my complaint, no message that the promotion was over, just nothing. They took my money and only fufilled half my ordered then did not care about the issue. Don’t use this online store or app.

So I was diagnosed in 2017 and I generally have not had as bad of a time as a lot of folks had. I have had some suppository types things and taken asacol for a long time but I eventually gave up taking it because it wasn’t doing anything. My symptoms are not that bad, not like some people. I have the very soft stools, but not uncontrollable, gas bloating the normal. I started having lots of mucus passing by itself about 4 years ago, but I had a scope and the doctor said they didn’t see any inflammation and didn’t investigate further. Recently, the mucus has gotten to be..a lot. And now sometimes like a cup at a time several times a day I get liquid, but not stool. But like pure liquid, the color of chocolate milk with a bit of red food coloring. But I don’t feel ill. I don’t want to go through the whole colonoscopy thing again to have no answers. Would you go to the doctor? I know no one is giving medical advice. Just wondering g what others would do in my situation. If I go get another scope and it’s clear do I need to push? Thank you so much
