If so, how did you guys do it?!? Part of me wants to be a hermit and just get through my classes

I(24F) and my ex(24M) ended our 4 year relationship. He definitely initiated it, but the series of events that happened after our conversation made it mutual. I should mention that I am south asian, because there’s so much shame around women dating. He is my second long term partner,
My first relationship was with a man in college as well, but we broke up After 8 months.

I also end up on a lot of manosphere content, and now I feel like I can’t keep a man. My father already acts like I’m a promiscuous woman, jumping from man to man.

The truth is, I’m the one who gets dumped. I always choose a guy I’m not really into to make sure I have the upper hand. But low and behold, he ends up being shitty and I end up building resentment and somehow I get dumped anyways. I also feel like i give these guys a lot of confidence by dating them, since i’m usually their first gf.

Anyways, how do I not let this affect my self esteem? Most south asian woman stay with the same guy forever.

I feel like the PD I’ve spoken seem a lot more forgiving than people make them seem to be. On reddit, everyone seems so cut and dry. Seems like you have to have negative red flags to match in anything (other than FM) on here.
