hi! i’ve been interested in transferring and many of my top choices are all quarter system schools (northwestern and uchicago). however, i currently go to a semester system school (bu) so i was wondering if anyone who has gone from one to the other had any advice on whether or not that’s a good idea? i’ve done some research and i see most people saying the credits generally convert but i’m worried they won’t so i’m curious if anyone has experience! thank you :)
hi! i know bu doesnt automatically remove you for taking a course that you don’t have the prereqs for and instead your advisor might email, but does anyone who has done that think it’s a good idea? i want to take an english course that only has a prerequisite of a literature course so i think i could manage the workload/difficulty, especially because i’m taking another lit course this semester as well. thanks!
