Their hardware is definitely good, yeah. Their software's getting better with animation and smoothness, but I just can't get over how awful their speakers sound. Take Vivo, for example: it's not loud enough, sounds muffled, and has almost no bass.

And speaking of their software, stuff that actually matters day-to-day just isn't there. For instance, Xiaomi won't let you set multiple timers for baking or cooking, but Samsung does. Plus, Samsung's Good Lock customization is unbeatable; no Chinese brand comes close to the amazing customization Samsung offers. And Samsung's keyboard AI has saved my butt so many times when I'm writing formal emails for work.
