Hey I am a 21 yr old who recently go a rejection letter from the LAPD. The only steps I had completed prior to this email was the MC test and submission of my PHS. I did recieve a call from an investigator shortly after submitting my PHS requesting an amendment which I completed. After 3 more months I recieved this.

The wording here makes me think that if I submit an appeal I would never be allowed to reapply to the LAPD again. Additionally my MYPD portal shows my application status as PHS HD. In looking this up it seems to mean a hard denial.

I really want to know if this is somthing that I should appeal and if I would be able to reapply in the future.
