With tomorrows patch, I've seen a lot of people saying lillia is gonna profit A LOT from it and possibly be meta again, what do you guys think? (Specifically the jungle pet buff)

Ive been struggling with lillia v briar, do any of you guys have any tips ?

I've been playing the game for about 3 months now, my favourite champ I've played has been lillia so im thinking of one tricking her. My biggest problem on her is idk when I should help tm8s and when I should go for neutral. Cuz the window where I can gank after my full clear is so small and when I finish it idk what to do if both my laners are pushed in. I also get flamed a lot for not helping and ganking enough but I was told I wanna have 10cs/min so I try to clear as much as I can but my tm8s will start losing lane then lane is ungankable cuz my top laner is 0/8 and their top is perma roaming at 10 mins like idk what im supposed to do.
