Hi! I'm looking to commission an artist to create a landscape illustration of Sky Striker Ace - Raye from Yu-Gi-Oh!

I'm looking for an action shot where Raye is moving extremely quickly across/just above the surface of the ocean, with water and spray emphasizing her speed. I have attached a generated image that captures the general composition, pose, and environment I'm looking for. Im not looking for a 1 to 1 copy of the reference but something that looks close to it.

• Water spray/wake around her to sell the speed, like the reference image
• Anime/manga-inspired style
• I'd like the color palette to look like that in the reference generation, not something real dark or bold

Important character details:

• Her red gauntlet
• The flaming sword
• Her dual-wielding weapon setup, katana/greatsword
• Her outfit, hair, and overall Sky Striker Ace - Raye design
• I'd really like the design to retain the distinctive features from her original card artwork, not the ai generated image, but the features from the attached yugioh card art I'm not looking for an exact recreation of the attached generated image. I'm mainly using it to communicate the kind of composition and action I'm envisioning.

Budget: Around $200-300+ USD, but negotiable depending on the artist/style and scope I'm willing to go higher budget if it's needed
