It’s been over 2 weeks since introducing fruiting conditions and my penis envy has not pinned. The golden teachers have started to pin and fruit but why hasn’t my PE started pinning?
Before introducing FC I did drop/bump the PE container and all the insides did get a good shake. Not sure if that affected this. Appreciated any advice
I just got a call from the panel chair for the job I interviewed at Defence, she said that I have been found suitable and will be placed in the merit list. She told me she found me highly suitable but I just came short due to not having any prior Defence experience compared to the other candidates.
But she mentioned that she has been speaking to 2 other areas in the branch that are interested in me and if I allow - she will send them my CV. I gave her my permission to do so of course. She mentioned that those areas will be able to provide initial support to someone like myself who has no previous defence experience and said that I will hear from someone or herself within the next few weeks. If I don't hear anything during that time, she highlighted to give her a direct call.
She did congratulate me and stress that I don't need to worry as theres a lot of other areas she knows that need people at the moment. They are undergoing a restructure/re-assessment of capability there atm and physically moving desks, so it's chaotic she quotes.
Is this a good sign and is this common? Or does she just feel bad for me? I guess I want to hear other's experiences so I feel a bit better about the news and maybe have some hope in the coming weeks. Appreciate any insights
Edit: thanks to a commenter, I checked my emails and I have been placed in the “merit pool” as there’s a difference between pool and list 🙃 not sure if that affects my situation
