**TL;DR:** Online appointment at CMC Ranipet Neuromedicine is only available in August. Customer support says offline/walk-in isn't possible. Is this true? Has anyone visited directly and managed to get seen? We're considering staying 3–4 days to try our luck.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get an appointment at CMC Vellore's Ranipet campus for the **Neuromedicine department** and running into a lot of confusion. Hoping someone here has recent experience they can share.

**What happened so far:**

- Tried booking online but the next available slot is in **August** — that's too far out given our situation.

- Called customer support to ask about offline/walk-in appointments, and they said **offline appointments are not possible** and couldn't guarantee we'd get one even if we showed up.

This has left us pretty stuck. We're now seriously considering **visiting directly and staying for 3–4 days** in hopes of getting seen, but wanted to check with people who've actually been there before we make that trip.

**My questions:**

1. Has anyone managed to get a walk-in or offline appointment at CMC Ranipet Neuromedicine recently?

2. Is the customer support info accurate, or is there a different process on the ground that they don't mention over the phone?

3. Any tips on the best time to arrive, which counter to approach, or anything else that might help?
