Here’s my perfect lawn.

Here’s my perfect lawn.

I water it 15-20 times per day.

I know our reservoirs are getting low but my grass is important to me. I like the way it feels beneath my feet.

I have questioned whether I should be watering so much with drought, but I’m a turbo twat so I don’t care.

Also climate change isn’t real, and anyone that believes in climate change is a nut job. Go and look on Facebook and you’ll find out very quickly that climate change isn’t real, and the drought is completely made up!

*S*

Hope your lawn is just as satisfying to look at when you’ve got no running tap water. I’ll be nominating some of you for a Darwin Award.

In the meantime, stop creaming over your lawn and try to form a single critical thought you smooth-brained cunts.

Do foot ascenders negatively impact a new climber?

Asking as I’m a new-ish climber. Most of my team hip thrusts up the tree. I personally don’t like hip thrusting, I find it really ineffective. But I recently found out a member of my team has been going around to others saying that I rely on the foot ascender too much when I should be focusing on different methods of climbing.

I totally respect I haven’t climbed much and would happily take on feedback had he raised this with me instead of talking behind my back. But in my opinion if the equipment exists, it’s useful, and I like using it… then I’ll use it. I don’t get what the problem is. Would like to hear your thoughts on this, I don’t want to end up accidentally setting myself up as a bad climber in the future.

Thanks in advance

Advice to get better at climbing

I’ve got my climbing qualification and climbed a few times since getting it. I’ve also had some climbing opportunities before getting my qualification. I’ve mostly done pruning but dismantled some small trees too.

I just feel so slow and clunky, and almost like climbing is something I might not be capable of doing to a good standard (which is sad asf). The hardest part for me is initially getting into the canopy. I’m slow with deciding where to do changeovers, i keep forgetting to use the tree and mostly climb on my equipment… I feel like my team is looking at me as if I’m a complete idiot.

Really want to improve. I refuse to believe I can’t do this

Anybody down for some sprite hunting?

Hey baddies

I’m 25F and looking for casual players! I’m not the best but I’ve got a history of sweating it out on CoD so I’m not exactly defenceless lol

Mic is currently broken but will be able to chat when my new one arrives - happy to play with people that chat or stay muted :)

Based on EU servers but ping isn’t so bad on US servers

Looking for a squad!

Hey all, I’m looking for some people to play Battle Royale or Blitz with. Not a diehard and wanting to win all the time, just happy with good vibes, the occasional VR, and some sprite hunting.

Based in the UK so European servers are best for me. I do play on some eastern American servers and they seem to be okay too.

I’m 27 so personally comfortably with anyone aged 21+.

Mic or no mic, don’t worry about it.

My epic name is SimonRileysWife (cringe I know) - add me if you fancy some games :)

AITAH? Friend upset I didn’t send a happy birthday message.

My friend’s birthday was yesterday; they always hold their birthday in very high regard. I’ve shown up physically or emotionally for it every year since I’ve known them.

This year was different just through life circumstances. I ended up working over time, I work a physical job so we don’t tend to have our phones on us out of fear they’ll break. After some over time, my mind went into autopilot. I went home, ate dinner and fell asleep.

Woke up this morning to an angry text, calling me a shitty friend for not messaging happy birthday. When I apologised and said I’d hoped they’d had a good day etc. it was met with “well I told you I was doing xyz for my birthday so it shows you just don’t care”. And I don’t know, I get they were hurt but it felt a bit over the top. I sent a text basically apologising and giving a bit of context. Not as an excuse but just so they didn’t think I’d purposefully brushed it off or something like that.

Anyway, I’m feeling really awkward about the whole thing. Not too sure how our friendship will sit after this. AITAH?

Blue collar and skin needs some work

I‘ve been working outdoors for almost a year now. Starting to notice my skins looking a bit drier and lines coming thru. Tbf this could also just be me naturally lol pushing 30.

I use cosrx snail lotion currently in the morning and evening. I also wear an spf.

Let me know if you have any reccos
