Differential pay

Hello! I am joining the NatGen team and was curious about differential pay.
I recently saw another post, but no answer, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

My shifts are going to be from 12:30 pm-11:00 pm, and wondering when differential pay will kick in.

Planning to pursue a bachelors degree

I am finishing up my associates degree and getting ready to pursue a bachelors degree. I also am planning to join the Army Reserves 35 T MOS (Military intelligence systems maintainer/ integrator) for some practical skills to add to my resume as well as for some tuition assistance.

I want to a pursue a career in technology but am understanding the landscape is changing in the industry.

The choices I am seeing are AI Engineering, Computer Science, cybersecurity and information assurance, information technology, or cloud and networking engineering.

I’d appreciate any insight or advice you may offer. Thank you everyone!

+how much is avg commission (inbound) [ you can DM if you do not wish to share publicly]
+is micromanagement really an issue?
+is there any breathing room between call or is it continuous non stop?
+are you able to choose 4x10 schedule?

Remote Sales Position

Hello everyone!
I have an interview set in two weeks but am wondering how it is to work remotely for all state corporate.

I have never had a remote job, but am excited for the transition. I am understanding from reading other posts that it can be non stop, with really no breaks in between calls.

I’m curious to know how the job is if you have been employed or currently and if you truly like it? I am coming from a sales background (T-mobile manager) so am used to quotas. Are the quotas obtainable? Also how does commission work at this type of job?

And advice or information will help me a ton, thank you for your time.
