HDR/Dolby Vision
How is local HDR and Dolby Vision file playback in third-party apps like Just Player in Android 16? Because local HDR/DV file playback in third-party apps in 15.0.0.XX doesn't get bright like it does in Youtube & Photos app.

Dead out of the box.
Just received my order from Amazon but it was completely dead, I have put it on charge now and it had turned on. Is it normal?
