Hi, I was having DQ pain symptoms on left wrist since Dec 2025, but didn’t think much of it and thought it would go away on own cause I’m young(28y). Fast forward to March 2026, can’t close the door at all due to the pain.

Got a shot in March and Dr advised me to use night brace. The pain level dropped initially except slight discomfort sometimes, but now in July, I can feel nerve pain and tingling. I’ve started doing Dr. Joe’s exercises in June. I’m not sure if it ever will get better or I’m doing something wrong terribly.

I wasn’t icing much as well. Maybe once a day and that too only when it hurts a lot. Also by the end of the day, my vessels or nerve swell on the back of the wrist, and I have a feeling that my thumb on the right hand will follow suit soon. Don’t want it to happen as I don’t want to loose usage of both hands.

Any suggestions would help thanks.

Asking for my sister. Was told to choose an option for job training in CS. But they haven’t provided information regarding the training or who does what or if they are able to teach. Just asked to fill an option or won’t be trained ever if not done by the deadline. Does any senior have experience with these trainings? Please help.
