Is it just me or did anyone else find their class soo ahh. all my classmates r so chapri and corny istg, and it gen doesnt feel like a uni atp. no one be talkin with eachother and my weird ass classmates be watching corny ahh reels on like full vol. Has CSE classes always been like this?🥀🥀 does anyone know if we can switch classes or like put all the dorks n geeks in one section, im soo frr atp 😭😭😭

Hey, whether most of the 2026 batch students got placed or many of them didn’t get any job. Many of them are saying like comparing to other year 2026 has less placement is it right?

How many notebooks/notes should I bring? Also, are there any other essentials I should take on the first day?

Hi everyone, I’m joining SRMIST Ramapuram for B.Tech CSE Core (Batch 2026). I received the message regarding the Freshers’ Induction Programme on August 14.

I have a couple of doubts about the instructions:

1.The message says “Please keep your registration/admission details handy.” What exactly do they mean by “admission details”? Do we need to carry any specific document, admission letter, registration number, fee receipt, etc.?

2.The counter guide shows different labels/ranges such as A, A, B–E, F–I, J–M, N–Q and R–Z, but the message doesn't explain what these letters refer to.

Also, if anyone attended a similar SRM induction before, could you please clarify how the counter allocation works?
