Hi everyone,

I'm paying my college fees through an education loan, and the bank will transfer the amount directly to the college.

The issue is that the student fee portal doesn't show the university's beneficiary bank details (account number, IFSC, etc.), which the bank requires to process the payment. I do have a bonafide certificate that mentions a bank account number, but I'm not sure if that's the correct account to use for fee payment.

Also, if the bank transfers the fee directly to the college, how do I get the official fee receipt? Does it get generated automatically on the student portal, or do I need to contact the accounts office to obtain it?

Has anyone here gone through this process? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
