Essentially our whole RB room is dealing with an injury of some sorts. Tough to execute an RPO heavy offense when the defense doesn’t have to commit to stopping your running game.

Regardless I’m sure Cig will work some voodoo magic and make this work. If you had told me Turbo would be back and also be our ONLY RB available the following week after his injury I would’ve said you’re fucking crazy!!!

First off we knew this was going to be a game. Northwestern is no joke. They have a massive bankroll and legit staff. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of their season plays out.

For us… we were sloppy in all three phases. Our red zone offense sucks. Our defense couldn’t do anything in the 2nd half. Praying Turbos injury isn’t season ending.

End of the the day lot of room for improvement but a wins a win and we open Big 10 play with a gutsy game. Let’s not forget the Iowa and Penn State games last year.

Welcome back, Hoosiers!!! A little info for everyone heading to the game tomorrow.

Big Noon will be set up on the south lawn outside Memorial Stadium, on the stadium side of 17th Street right next to the road. Fan pit opens/tailgating starts at 7:30 AM, Barstool CFB goes live at 9:00, and Big Noon starts at 10:00.

They’ll also be handing out a bunch of stuff in the morning, including Big Noon hats for the first 500 fans, shirts, free food, game tickets, gift cards, and more. There’s also a $500 prize for the best sign, so if you’re making one, make it good.

Memorial Stadium opens at 10:30 AM. Also, with the heat, you ARE allowed to bring an empty reusable water bottle into the stadium. There will be free refill stations on both the east and west concourses, plus cooling stations around the stadium.

Get there early, stay hydrated, be loud, and as always Go Hoosiers!!! ⚪️🔴🦬
