I bought a condo, so I am moving in early November. Looking for someone to sublease or hopefully relet my apartment come mid November or December 1. I have lived here 7 years and it's an amazing unit and priced well below market because it's a private landlord and she is awesome. In the 7 years I've been here, my rent has only increased $300. -central AC and heat. You pay for gas, electric, internet.
-6 of the 10 windows were just replaced 2 months ago which was really nice.
-landlord rehabbed the unit in 2020, so the kitchen and bathroom were renovated then.
-quiet building, only shared walls are the people above you and below
-must have good credit, stable job, and be ready to show paystubs to the landlord. I'm only going to pass along people who are qualified to my landlord.
