M 20 suffering from diffused hair thinning
I am 20 year old i am having reduced density from last 1.5 years mostly. Around 10 months ago I checked from doctor and all the nutrients were normal she told minioxidil but as I know I have to apply it for lifelong i resisted it now recently around 20 days ago I got shaved as I want to give last try I am also using ketoconzole shampoo for my dandruff from the time of shaving and now there is no inflammation and hairfall. Yes no hairfall is present but there is reduced density in front and crown so should I start minioxidil or wait for 2-3 months. Also I want to tell there is excess oil produced in front and crown as it easily comes on my finger tips.
The first photo is 1 week before shaving. The subsequent photos are after 20 days of shaving.
My father has proper hair at 50 but mothers brother started losing his hair at age 35.
