How's this idea?

Problem:- wherever I go outside and I see any animal like cows nd dogs in street I feel very bad for them I just wanted to do something for them.

My current situation:- I am 20f currently doing BCA (last year) . unemployed (trying hard to get a job) didn't have any savings.

Future plan :- to develop a shelter or donate in any that kind of ngo or start any ngo by myself for them

Your input:- so I am thinking how I can contribute with my skillset as a human how I can help them I wanted some idea suggestions which I can do as of now .

I am thinking it since 3 year's. At first I thought I will earn so much then I will help them but it's so time consuming I wanted to start from now even if I can do a small contribution whatever I can do I just wanted to do .
