3 weeks running ads and 0 conversions

Hey guys, I’ve been struggling with growing my business in the last few weeks and I’ve been dealing with an ad agency which I believed to be reputable, but has been causing me nothing but headaches. I’m doing this venture by myself and I run a different business that is completely reliant on organic marketing and word of mouth so this is out of my area of expertise.

For context, it is an RUO peptide brand and I have in person sales, however, I started to run Meta ads which eventually got nuked and I didn’t like the agencies alternatives so they offered me 30 days on TikTok. In a couple days, it will approach the 3 week mark where they have claimed they’ve never had a brand not have any conversions and right now I am at zero.

I have 400k impressions, 6k link clicks, I’m averaging 500 viewers a day or more on the site but again nothing is converting or even getting to the checkout page. I’m priced competitively, but by no means overly expensive, I offer all the products people are looking for and my funnel, minus a slight lag when people try to pay with a credit card, seems solid and I’ve tested it to make sure it works.

My biggest problem now is I spent a lot of money on their retainer as well as $100/day on ad spend, and I’m worried to try someone else only to have the same result. I understand I’m in a high risk market, but with the metrics I listed, is this really bad or am I being impatient and should wait a little longer with the agency?

Just a sidenote, they wanted to take an educational approach so the ads lead to an about page which does have a button to browse the catalog. They only recently said they would start targeting actual product pages, however, when you look on my back end, it seems that almost nobody leaves the about page, the product views are extremely low.

Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone had any advice or just their thoughts about whether I should give this at agency a longer period of time for things to work

RUO Payment Processing No Kyc

I’ve posted here before about looking for a payment processor for an RUO startup, only looking for options with credit card or card to crypto but I’ve dealt with too many people with bad terms or just not favorable solutions, one of them being KYC’s – which I think is a complete conversion killer. Does anyone offer any CC solutions for peptides or card to crypto preferably no reserve and no kyc. Gated live site and LLC. Thanks

Bank + Payment Processor

I’m well aware this question gets asked everyday here in this sub but while I’m waiting to hear back from applications I’ve submitted, I thought I would come on here and ask anyway.

New RUO company with two investors. LLC/EIN etc. We have fully compliant website, 3rd party test, everything that needs to be done to be compliant is done. I also live in an area where multiple of the top RUO guys live. I understand that there are some card to crypto options that can be used to build a base / convert to stablecoin but have risk. I currently have crypto processing set up, but I don’t think my demographic will want to use this form of payment - and others such as allaypay require 200k in revenue to apply or they only offer ACH.

Does anyone here have experience with banks that will accept this industry in order to provide the accurate documentation to processors?

I was denied from mercury as my first option and I don’t want to use a big bank, so my next step was credit unions. But if you need to provide bank documentation’s to processor it seems like a backwards game. I don’t see how so many of these companies are popping up and advertising/accepting payments unless they are getting shut down faster than I can realize.

Hopefully someone can provide some insight. Thank you.
