New to HOI4 and EAW, I keep losing as the changelings, please help
I'm fairly new to hoi4 but I've watched a couple of videos so I'd like to think I'm staying on top of everything, but no matter what I do, the power of friendship is stronger.

I have 12 Jager divisons, the 5 default motorized and 5 panzer divisions (template copied from the AI) that I use for offense, my strategy so far has been trying to create encirclements around enemy tanks and kill them off, but I cant seem to do that faster than they can produce them.
I've started about 5 fresh runs so far and gotten to this point but every single time I get to a point where my army either runs out of guns or my offensive armies cant actually penetrate the frontline to create encirclements.
The reason I'm using this strategy is, even if I use 9:1 infantry templates, the second I try to execute a battle plan the frontline just gets pushed back.
On this current playthrough, two of the 3 armies holding the equestrian front are default garrison units with engineers and AA, but I've managed to get 2-3 armies of 9:1 out before and not much has gone differently during those runs.
The air game goes pretty well at the start but I eventually run out of planes.
This is probably my best run so far. I've won the great war as Equestria before but I want to win as the changelings without turning the difficulty down. I'm kind of out of ideas as to what I'm doing wrong. Please help me.
