I've been using the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Airyfit Daily Sunscreen (SPF 50+)
How do I know if it's actually 50+ (or what SPF rating it would be) by Australian standards?
It's been fine here in Melbourne, for indoors and during Winter. But heading into Summer, and actual sun exposure, I'm unsure if this is enough.
If anyone can point me in the right direction of how to find this info, that would be great!

This is the first piece I've framed "properly" - who knew the local framing shop can cut custom mat boards to fit any frame 🤷 It really does make a difference, especially when this design is not a standard shape/size.
Also discovered the magic of acid free framing tape, again, thanks to this sub.
I'll be working on the "I Have No Idea What I'm Doing" cat office job pattern next (also by Samantha Lane Textiles).
Basically as per the title?
I have a 7yo, diagnosed with ADHD (hyperactive-impulsive).
Currently unmedicated (Paed wants to rule out some other medical issues first).
He's come home after a pretty terrible day, behaviour-wise; the first where it seems he's been unable to control his emotions and impulse control.
Feeling pretty anxious about it right now and tend to catastrophise, hence the post.
Any experience and advice welcome.
