Started esrlier today. Im against some weird demon centipede in the mines.

I seem unable to consistently dodge his attacks when he start going underground and popping back up.

I seem to be too slow to dodge when the ground starts looking like lava, i tried dodging when i see the gravel get close to me. Which kinda worked, but then i noticed it often just took me to the centre of his popup move and takes like 70% of my hp from me.

Any tips please?

Basically, i normally got ill maybe every 2nd year, up until reaching 30yo.

When i hit 30, for some reason i atleast caught a cold or something once per year.

In the last 6-9months, i have had to take time off work on average every 2 months, which is not ideal but is also worrying me that it means i am somehow in deteriorating health already. Im only 34.
