When does the misery end?

27M, On the night of day 4/5, ear pain has already begun, atleast past the mucous phase, now in the scabs solidifying phase, misery is in full effect, t3s were making me emotionally unstable so i switched from 2 pills to 1 plus extra strength Tylenol, i wanna know when the "this is the new me forever phase" is gonna end? Time couldn't possibly be moving any slower right now, when does the mental torture end?

Night of day 3 into morning of day 4 insomnia

I been feeling the thick of the pain all of day 3 couldn't even talk, breath so stinky ot almost makes me sick, still swollen uvula and mucousy scabs, but then i see a huge spike in tick related posts on social media, and it's caused me panicky feelings, i think the codeine from the t3 is also just making me feel more emotionally unstable, as with all other opoids i been constipated since surgery day, and yesterday i started feeling gross, as im taking 2 t3 pills every 6 hours as prescribed, im also prescribed antibiotics which usually make me also feel gross and like shit, couldn't sleep because all i could think about is tick bites, and so I've been pretty much wide awake the whole night, idk can anyone relate to this? Is it the t3s causing me to feel like a wreck? I should add I've also never once done opoids before now, so perhaps I'm feeling the side effects as strong as possible

Severe acid reflux less than a week before surgery day

Im curious if anyone has had experience with acid reflux pre tonsillectomy, i just had the worst acid reflux of my life last night, it was triggered because i overstuffed myself yesterday, plus a lot of that food was sour, ended up regurgitating most of that food and puking it out, but that process also brought up a lot of acid ontop of it's already sourness, had to wait all night for the drug store to open to buy some antacids, anyways, my surgery date is on Friday, and after doing a little bit of self research i learned that general anaesthesia supresses the natural bodily responses to stomach acid coming up, meaning if i had acid reflux during my surgery, nothing would stop the acid from breaching my lungs and i could get pneumonia, which sounds terrifying as fuck to be honest, however i have chronically mild acid reflux but its pretty much entirely self induced, from overstuffing myself when i eat, eating overstimulating foods like sour, spicy, etc, so I've decided to strictly eat bland foods only and take gaviscon 4 times a day and bought myself some lesoprazam that I'll take for the days leading up to the surgery, hopefully so that i don't have to reschedule, so im just wondering if anyone has a similar experience to this and if im overreacting or if I'm being reasonable
